Helping Educate, Motivate and Inspire

GT Fitness UK are now working with schools. All children and young people should engage in moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity for at least 60 minutes and up to several hours every day. GT Fitness UK send qualified instructors to schools offering children’s bootcamps, yoga, zumba, boxercise classes and more. Our aim is to help educate, motivate and inspire the younger generation to exercise and lead a healthier lifestyle.
